Step 1: Once you have decided on your itinerary please fill out a booking request form: You can go to Booking Form and fill out our online secure booking form, just choose the tour you like and we will get back to you to confirm your booking. The other option is to send us an email to email@example.com, we will get back to you within 24hrs of receiving your request. But at some stage you will need to fill out a Booking Form to confirm your travel.
Step 2: If you have any questions or need to discuss the itinerary further, you could either contact our office via phone or via the email address above. We will then get back to you to confirm, via email, what was discussed pertaining to the itinerary and your query, and await your final confirmation.
Step 3: Deposit: If you did not make a deposit when you filled in the Booking Form then once you have finalised your tour itinerary and travel dates, a minimum deposit of $100 or 10% of tour cost is to be paid to confirm your travel. The balance could be paid just before you start your journey or on the day of your arrival in India. You will receive a confirmation email from us when we receive a payment into our account. (A voucher for cocktails (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic) will be provided to members who pay up in full before they depart from their respective countries).
Step 4: You will then provide us with your flight details along with other relevant details in order for us to arrange your arrival and departure from the airport. We will send you an email with an invoice for payments made and a detailed program/itinerary for your entire holiday, now you are all set for the experience of a lifetime. This is when your dreams become a reality.

Most of the packages we offer are family friendly and has been designed to be so, but it is good for you to discuss this with us at the stage of booking your holiday that will be a milestone in your travels to come.
All meals provided at the star accommodation arranged for you during your holiday will have a Western Style menu as well, but meals that are consumed during your daily travels would be the best local Indian cuisine one could have. One of the pleasures of travelling through India is to partake of its rich food heritage.
The Indian food heritage revolves around a Vegetarian Cuisine. You will have a huge array of dishes to choose from. Prepare yourself for a gastronomical delight. Non-Vegetarians not to worry, you will also have a plethora of dishes to choose from.
You can make a booking as far as 12 months in advance and leave a minimum deposit of $100 or 10% of the tour package cost, whichever is greater. In fact, we suggest that mbr’s book early, as this gives them ample time to sort out other requirements, like leave and visas.
You can most certainly make a group booking. Depending on the numbers, we could also work out a group discount. If the group consists of 10 members, then one person’s tour package will be complementary. Conditions apply.
We are quite flexible with regards to cancellations. We endeavor to refund all monies, just holding back a small fee for bank transactions and handling cost. This should not exceed $20.
Yes you can, we also accept AUD and NZD dollars. Our team will work out the conversion and let you know of the amount. If you have some other currency that you would like to pay us with please discuss this with us during the booking process.
For the convenience of our guests and if you choose to do so, you can pay us in cash on arrival and during the initial booking process pay a deposit of $100 or 10% of the tour package cost, whichever is greater.
Normal hotel policy is to check in time from 14:00 hours and the checkout time before Noon (12:00 hrs.).
Early check-in or late check out is available upon room availability depending on the hotel for your stay. Extra charge may be applicable.
We strongly recommend that all our clients take out comprehensive travel insurance when booking their flight tickets. Insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances. Please obtain full details from your travel insurance provider.
If traveling with our handpicked tour guide in India, please first contact the tour guide. Our Operations Manager will be in constant touch with your tour guide throughout your holiday and you will be provided with an emergency contact number, just in case you need to contact us.
Yes, we offer the service of airport pickup and drop for both your arrival and departure to and from India.
